An elevated take on a classic brunch favorite.
If you love a good mimosa but want something a different, this Grapefruit Rosemary Mimosa is it. It's simple but the subtle taste of rosemary makes this drink refreshing and the perfect cocktail for when you want something special but still simple. The soft pink hue makes it perfect for Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, bridal showers—or any day that deserves a little extra sparkle.

Tip: Rosemary syrup isn’t just for mimosas—it's a beautiful way to add a fresh, herbal twist to mocktails, lemonade, or your favorite cocktails.
Ingredients:
Rosemary Syrup:
1 cup water
1 cup organic sugar (or allulose monk fruit blend for a sugar-free syrup)
3 fresh organic rosemary sprigs (plus extra for garnish)
Mimosas:
1 bottle (750ml) dry champagne, chilled
2 cups Organic Grapefruit Juice (bonus points if it's fresh squeezed!)

Directions
To make the rosemary syrup: In a small saucepan over medium heat, bring the water and sugar to a simmer. Add the rosemary sprigs, stir, and then remove from heat. Cover and let steep for 15 minutes. Strain out the rosemary and set the syrup aside to cool.
To assemble: Fill each glass about halfway with chilled champagne. Add about ¼ cup of grapefruit juice and 2 teaspoons of rosemary syrup to each glass. Top off with a splash more champagne or juice to taste.
Garnish each glass with a small sprig of rosemary for a beautiful, fragrant finish—and serve immediately.
Hosting Tip: Make the rosemary syrup the day before your gathering and chill it overnight to keep your hosting day easy and breezy.
