Delicate. Floral. Unforgettable.

Why You'll Love It: Light, floral, and just the right amount of fancy, this Lychee Rose Mimosa feels like a celebration in itself. It's the perfect drink when you want to serve something a little more special than the usual brunch lineup—without adding extra stress to your hosting. With its soft pink hue and fragrant, fruity notes, it’s made for memory-making moments.

If you're looking for a mimosa that feels a little more elevated—something soft, romantic, and unexpected—this Lychee Rose Mimosa is the answer. With fragrant notes of lychee and just a hint of rosewater, it’s like sipping a bouquet in a glass.

Ingredients

  • Canned lychee in syrup (strain and separate lychees from syrup)

  • Sparkling wine (like a dry prosecco or brut champagne)

  • Rosewater

  • Edible rose petals or lychee fruit, for garnish

A pink cocktail in a glass with a flower and fruit garnish sits on a marble surface. Shaker and bottles in blurred background.

Directions

  1. In a champagne flute or coupe, add 1 ounce of lychee juice. (1.5oz if you prefer sweet cocktails)

  2. Top with sparkling wine.

  3. Add a small dash of rosewater—just enough to give a whisper of floral aroma without overpowering the drink.

  4. Gently stir to combine.

  5. Garnish with an edible rose petal floated on top, or a skewer of lychee fruit for a beautiful, festive touch.

Hosting Tip: Set up a mimosa bar with chilled lychee juice, rosewater, sparkling wine, and a tray of edible flowers or lychee skewers so guests can build their own. It’s an effortless way to make brunch feel like a full experience.

Mocktail Option: Want to offer a non-alcoholic version that's just as lovely? Swap the sparkling wine for sparkling water or a non-alcoholic sparkling wine alternative. The floral, fruity notes still shine—and everyone gets to sip something beautiful.
